"My jewelry is based on my interest in nature and humankind. It has allowed me to create an entire world in a space so small that is capable of fitting in the palm of your hand."
To jewelry artist Caroline Viene, ideas are the most important part of her work. To manifest the ideas, Caroline Viene must create them into substance.
Viene's work is defined by the use of gemstones, simple forms, purity of line, textured surfaces and polished richness, especially in silver with unique design.
Caroline Viene holds a B.A. in Design from the University of Kansas and an M.P.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
