"Western Wall Menorah"

This menorah is inspired by the Western Wall -Ha Kotel Ha Ma'aravi (in Hebrew) and the Golden Jerusalem Skyline. The menorah is crafted from honey-toned fused glass with dichroic gold accents with a rippled texture to reflect the waling wall cracks. The stone accent is tumbled Jerusalem stone. These materials are laminated onto a flat sandblasted back glasswith a frosted base (6"x8"x 3/4"). Brass candle tops. You may clean with a soft cloth using a light duty glass cleaner or alcohol. Candles not included.

Venezuelan twins glass artists Alicia and Beatriz bring out the desired optic effects, forms, textures and a wide array of structures and color in their contemporary multi-media layered collaged mosaic murals, decorative art for the wall, mirrors, home accent floral vases and Judaic Art influenced by their colorful and exotic tropical towery Tepees landscapes and majestic natural wonders cascades like "Angel Falls". Our abstract designs depict the deep tones of jungles and transparent beaches.

Alicia and Beatriz create their art by drafting manually each piece to scale to combine the mosaic technique, using travertine stone with Kiln-Formed glass. Their technique is created by incorporating multi-layers collages of fused glass, flat glass, color mirror accents and copper-gold wiring and cut stone.

Alicia and Beatriz Kelemen are a second generation of Architects and glass makers since the 1960's. They grew up in Venezuela surrounded by glass projects within their home and their father constant creativity and inspiration. They further their knowledge in USA and under the master professor Ludwig Schaffrath in USA and Germany.
