About this Artist

Michael Trimpol

"My work deals with creating harmony, in the balance of form and color."

Michael Trimpol's work explores the nature of the glass. He feels a particular love for glass in its molten state, and he channels that love into the creation of objects of beauty and originality; vases, perfume bottles, and more.

Michael works with glass using traditional techniques, gathering and blowing the molten glass until each piece achieves the balance and harmony he is striving for. He often incorporates processes such as cold working, sandblasting and/or cutting and polishing in order to accentuate or focus on characteristics of the material.

Game On!!!
Our set is in the living room on the coffee table for all to see! I was a Jack's rock star, so this is a "giant" blast from my past! A bit of whimsy that makes for fun conversation.
