Dahlia Kanner handcrafts her jewelry using techniques such as lost wax casting, forming, carving and fabrication. She forms her rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces from 18K gold, platinum, or sterling silver and occasionally, freshwater pearls.

Kanner has a large collection of plant and tree segments, minerals, insects and photographs of natural life forms. Her designs are inspired by this collection and the hints of forms, textures and moods that are within each piece. Kanner has a special affinity for the tactile and makes each of her jewelry pieces touchable as well as beautiful to view and wear.
