Limited-edition handcrafted men's watch from the Minstrel Collection. Large, round hand-painted dial with wide band. Band is made with oxidized, nickel-free, solid jewelers brass embellished with sterling silver trim designed with an imprint of various clockwork images and symbols. All metals are left unsealed so the piece will evolve gracefully with the surrounding atmosphere and body chemistry of the wearer, making it truly one of a kind to its owner. Band adjusts to fit wrist sizes 7" and up.

"In this collection I try to convey a concept of rebirth and life given back to a long lost piece of history. I work on silver, copper, and brass in the same ways they were used hundreds of years ago, preserving a tradition of craftsmanship."

Uruguay-born artist Eduardo Milieris has been fascinated by the integration of art and time since he was a child. Today he combines art with time in his beautiful limited-edition watches.

Milieris' designs are "industrial chic": made from recycled metals, embellished with sterling silver, copper, and brass. The metals are distressed and oxidized to give the watches a look akin to "buried treasure." Finally, the artist paints each watch face by hand, giving it a distinct appearance. "My timepieces suggest the reality of constant change and evolution."

My husband really likes the watch but hasn't used it yet. A link needs to be taken out so that it fits well.It's a very beautiful time piece that is unique. He's excited about it because of the uniqueness, and he knows no one else will have a beautiful time piece like this one.
