Katelyn Neck Wrap
Fabricated sterling silver and rubber neck wrap with hand-cut ovals. It may be unwrapped and worn singled, doubled, or tripled. The necklace may be wrapped symmetrically or asymmetrically around the neck. Silver tube may be positioned as desired. Closure is magnetic for easy wearing. Unisex Magnetic Wrap Bracelet
This unisex bracelet is fabricated sterling silver and rubber with hand cut ovals. In one continuous piece, this bracelet doubles around the wrist closing with a magnetic mechanism which allows for easy wearing! The flexible rubber tubing provides incredible comfort! The silver tubing and rubber cord are each 9mm in diameter. The width of the bracelet is 0.75." S (fits 6"-6.5" wrist) 2.25" diameter M (fits 7'-7.5" wrist) 2.5" diameter L (fits 8"-8.5" wrist) 2.75" diameter XL (fits 9" wrist) 3" diameter

"I think of my work as wearable sculpture, falling somewhere between jewelry and architecture."

Shellie Bender has been designing sculpture for the body for over twenty-five years. Her work has been exhibited at many fine craft shows and galleries in the US, Canada and Japan. A New York native, she moved to Lawrence, KS after completing her masters in design.

Fabricated silver and rubber combine to create minimal, architectural, wearable Sculpture. The circular continuum is the design focus. Magnetic and friction fit closure mechanisms are designed to enhance the sculptural integrity of each piece. Magnetic closures promote the symmetrical or asymmetrical alignment of the silver elements. Oval and circular openings are hand cut and patinaed.
