 Petaled free standing Flower Clock. These also can be hung on the wall by removing their peg in the rear. It is packed in a 4"x4"x4" Kraft Gift box, with one AA battery included. They are made with Masonite (pressed wood fiber board) with acrylic paints.

By combining animal shapes with the formal elements of furniture, Emi Ozawa invites viewers to enjoy her work though hands-on participation-opening doors or drawers, turning latches, folding panels. As with children playing with their toys, simple, interactive pleasure is the key.

Valuing a piece on its ability to bewilder rather than function, Ozawa crafts each object as a toyful puzzle that has the power to please by revealing a simple mystery.
