Shipping and Handling ChargesOur shipping and handling charges are calculated to cover the cost of shipping, insuring, processing your order, related overhead, and other items. Since most items are shipped individually to you by the artist, delivery times will vary. For shipping charges, please see the chart to the right. Charges are calculated for ground delivery to one shipping address within the continental U.S.If you have any questions about shipping and handling, please email info@artfulhome.com or call us at 1-877-223-4600 (toll free). We regret we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Shipping to Alaska and HawaiiSince all purchases shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must go via air service, there may be additional shipping charges required. After you place your order, our Customer Service department will calculate shipping, and will contact you if any additional charges are required.International OrdersArtful Home ships only to customers in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. We do not currently accept international credit card orders.When to Expect Your ArtworkOn each art item page, you will see "Ships Within:" which indicates the artist’s current estimate of when the artwork will leave his or her studio after you place an order. Transit to you via ground transportation will take an additional week.After placing your order, we will communicate with you via email as to when to expect your artwork. Tracking Your PurchaseWe will send you an email verification after the artist has created and shipping your order. You may then log into you’re my Account page to conveniently access your tracking information.If you purchased your artwork without creating an account, please email us at info@artfulhome.com, or call us at 1-877-223-4600 (toll free) for your tracking information. Changing an OrderTo make changes to your order, email us at info@artfulhome.com or contact us at 1-877-223-4600 (toll free). If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us. Special-request orders may not be returned, unless for replacement if damaged in transit. |
