Auntie Elsie's Oatmeal Crisps

Auntie Elsie spent her childhood watching her grandmother cook using these simple rules. Since then, her fondest memories have been pleasing the palate of family and friends with her cooking. So it was no surprise when it came time to reinvent herself after being laid off that she turned to cooking as her canvas. Elsie always considered herself a good cook but never a "Baker," but out of necessity, a Baker was born.

Elsie is a self-taught baker of all kinds of pastries and treats. Her cravings for oatmeal cookies while pregnant led to her now famous Oatmeal Crisps.
