When Dale Brown selected the art form of assemblage sculpture, she also discovered the pleasure of recycling found objects into pieces of art.
For Brown, finding the right head or tin is the beginning of the journey of creating each new piece of sculpture. The artist pays close attention to the growing personality of the piece--adding each color and adornment carefully-- drilling, gluing, and painting to create an original personality and give the old new life.
A sense of color and design have been part of Dale Brown's life from the time she was first able to hold a crayon. She has worked in the field of photography as a stylist for over 30 years, helping clients with their needs and creating fresh outlooks for their consideration.
