Caribbean Straits Platter

Calling to mind sun-bleached piers, verdant oceans, and refracted sunlight, tight, graphic lines contrast with the organic flow of this asymmetric bowl, composed of parchment-like cream and transparent aquamarine glass.

The individual elements are hand-cut and stacked before being kiln-fused into a single sheet and slumped. The polished edges reveal beautiful striations inherent to the process.
