The artist's designs are influenced by diving in the shallow clear waters of Florida and the Caribbean and kayaking the lakes, rivers and tidal inlets across America and beyond. Combined with their dance-instructing careers, many of their designs and compositions, particularly those involving the latticino technique, are reminiscent in feeling of underwater coral reefs and the rhythm of the dance. Base is solid hardwood wood painted with choice of black satin enamel. Base has a keyhole hanger for easy, flush installation to wall. Glass sculpture is removable from base.
