River Panel

A delicate river of transparent aquamarine glass runs between snowy shores in this serene art glass sculpture by Karen Wallace, who fused, cold-worked and slumped the form in her studio. Threads of black glass flow underneath, resembling a playful current. Due to the transparent nature of the glass, the center of this piece glows when lit from the back.
