Sandstone Relic

Sandstone Relic is part of Altman's Desertscapes Series. When exploring the deserts of the Southwest, there is always the chance of discovering an Indian artifact or other relic from a previous generation. The abstract fragment represented in this sculpture is composed of a small collage of glass elements frit and stringer.
