Blue Cascade Vase with Green Interior

Inspired by the beauty of waterfalls, this flattened vessel is created using a combination of glassblowing and cold-working techniques. The artist first layers opaque sky, lapis and denim blue frit and powder over a core of translucent green glass, then carves through the layers to reveal the glass within. Sandblasted matte finish. Each piece is unique and will vary.
