Devil Cat Box

Wheel thrown box hand carved in a fluted motif. Had modeled cat, with airbrushed matte glazes fired to maturity in an oxidation kiln. Signed and dated. The artist couldn't resist making this cat and once made she had to give it a familiar gleam in her eyes. Cats may often be "familiars" to those who enjoy the occult, and this one is perfect for that.
