Honeycomb Honeybee Wall Clock in Patina and Oyster Glaze

This original design is sculpted in low relief. It is reproduced using the slip-casting method of pouring clay into a plaster mold. It is colored with low fire ceramic art glazes. The patina green glaze is a matte finish glaze which contrasts with the bee that has an application of amber gloss glaze. The border is finished with the high gloss oyster gray glaze. Quartz mechanism takes one AA battery (not included).
