Round Orange Horsehair Raku Pottery

Using a traditional Native American technique, the artist applies real horsehair to the surface of this wheel-thrown, raku-fired ceramic vessel. The unglazed piece is covered in several layers of creamy orange terra sigillata and hand polished to a soft gloss. Each is unique and will vary. For decorative use only; not watertight.
