Domestic Markings 47

This is an installation comprised of 47 individually hand-carved ceramic wall pieces. Each element is burnished, washed, waxed, and fired multiple times to achieve its distinct surface decoration. The artist maintains the same color palette for each collection, yet no two are alike.
