Underwater Vessel 1

From the Underwater Vessel series, this piece is created with heavily textured, slab pieces of clay that form these 3 dimensional vessels or wall sculptures. Embedded at the bottom is fused glass and the finishes are a combination of under glazes in earthy hues, stains to enhance the multiple textures, satin glaze, and gloss glaze to create an underwater feeling. Each piece will differ slightly. Can be hung as a wall relief or a table top display. Not recommended for food.
