Women at the Water II

This is an acrylic painting and fabric collage on gallery-wrapped canvas with painted sides. The composition is first sketched with charcoal onto the canvas surface. Beautiful, patterned fabrics are then cut and glued onto the surface of the painting, and acrylic paints are applied. You can almost feel the breeze and smell the flowers in this peaceful tropical scene. Turquoise, yellows, and oranges predominate.
