Created by Olena Nebuchadnezzar
Sunflowers, usually bright in the day light, look suddenly mysterious and dreamy in the cool moonlight glow, evoking subtle and quiet thoughts. Hand-dyed, hand-painted, hot wax batik-ed cotton and silk fabrics, acrylic paints, including some silver metallic. Hanging sleeves are sewn to the back of the quilt along the top and bottom sides. Included are hanging wooden slats coated with clear polyurethane.
