Mountain Scenery

"Mountain Scenery" is a fiber art collage created by combining silk fabrics and archival paper. All segments are hand-painted. Paper, when used, is protected with a top coat of acrylic matte medium. Each step from painting, to inventing the design, to building the collage, to final quilting is created and completed by the artist. The result is a totally original one of a kind fiber art wall hanging. To display hang freely from a rod inserted into the sleeve that has been sewn on the back of the piece, or mount on a firm substrate and frame.
