New Directions

"New Directions" was created using transparent watercolor paint on silk complimented by collage of painted archival paper and other painted fabrics. Each step from designing the imagery, to painting, to the final stitches, is unique and completed by the artist resulting in a totally original fiber art wall hanging. Brown's work is known for its subtle color and strong design. Display by hanging from a rod inserted into the sleeve sewn on the back of the piece. Can also be mounted or framed.
