Rainy days, when sun warmth is so much needed, are filled with a light sadness. Flowers wrapped in fog and mist, are still bright but show signs of fading. Pieced cotton prints background. Appliqued elements, made from cotton and lustrous silk, and some embroidery is added. Hand-painted and accented with metallic paint touch-ups.
