One of a kind 24k gold cloisonne vitreous (kiln fired) enamel in baby blue, royal blue, warm white and orange with 24k gold dots and squares mounted into a 24K gold vermeil over sterling silver mount with deep blue3mm faceted created sapphire (i.e. Chatham sapphire), includes 18 inch gold filled chain which fits under the double pin stem to convert to a pendant. 1.9" dia pendant.
