Tree Talk

This piece is an abstract interpretation of a conversation between trunk and branch, an interaction the artist observes on her daily walks through the forest in southwest Colorado. Different parts of the tree create interesting spaces and voids that the artist fills with painted forms that, in this particular piece, suggest words that expresses a relationship between them.
