Copper Floor Lamp with Large Drum Shade in Lucky Mosaic Maroon
Mixed-Media Floor Lamp
Created by Janna Ugone and Justin Thomas
Handmade floor lamp with archival printed handmade paper shade featuring the Lucky Mosaic Maroon pattern inspired by mid-century American textiles and ephemera . Painterly stylized border in the upper portion of the shade features geometric renderings in an earth-tone palette of spice, olive, gold, deep hunter green, black, and sage. The lower portion of the shade is in a warm maroon palette in a combed-paint pattern. The shade is signed, dated, and hallmarked with a pewter charm and is selectively accented with pewter charms in the mosaic border. The base is handmade with a satin brushed copper stem , hand-cast pewter detailing, and a Vermont slate base in sage green. The lamp also features a textured sphere shaped pull charm in pewter and a finial sculpted in satin pewter with a textured swirl motif. The lamp houses a 100-watt bulb (not included) or LED equivalent and is UL listed.
