New York Through Rose-Colored Glasses
Created by Suzanne DeCuir
Last time the artist was in New York, she walked the High Line and captured an image that she wanted to turn into something a little more imaginative. This painting was created on gallery-wrapped canvas with all sides painted black so it looks good framed or unframed and is ready to hang. Layered oils create texture and a sense of movement with lines and shapes heading in all directions.
