Village With Cypress

This rich colorful painting is full of interesting textures due to many layers of thick oil paint. Painting looks equally well as a horizontal piece. Although mostly white, it has bits of yellow, orange, blue, green and black popping throughout the piece. This painting reminded Schwartz of a small village in Italy that was lined with Cypress trees. Sides painted a solid color.
