Emily Hunziker Phillips

Fulcrum Jewelry Studio

"An ever-growing appreciation for the elegant perfection of the natural world coupled with a modern simplicity makes my work what it is: the perfect accessory for a special occasion or every day."

Emily Hunziker Phillips believes that balance is a key component in the persistence and thriving capacity of nature. The balance of many different forces dictates much of what we experience in the world. It is the concept and design principle of balance that informs and inspires Phillips's designs; it is also where her studio name, Fulcrum Jewelry, originates.

Every piece in Phillips's collection is fabricated by hand from raw materials. Solid sterling silver sheet and wire are cut, shaped, and soldered to create each unique design. These pieces are all made with traditional metalsmithing techniques and built to last.

Emily Hunziker Phillips attended the Cleveland Institute of Art and earned her BFA in jewelry and metals. She combines her fine art education with the teachings of traditional metalsmithing to create jewelry that excels not only in technical craftsmanship, but also in creative design and unique perspective.
