A Little Disappointing

The elastic waist band is not very stretchy. Therefore, if your hips or bust are much bigger than your waist, you may have a struggle getting the skirt on and off. I did. I am usually a size 10, but this size 10 didn't work for me. The blue is a lovely, and somewhat unusual, deep peacock color. The fabric is nothing special, but it's a nice, uncomplicated style. And, I'm sure it would be very cool on a hot day.
