Artful Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Artful Home Artful Rewards Program ("the Program"). By participating in the Program you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions described herein.
Participation in the Program and the benefits of the Program are offered at the sole discretion of Artful Home.
Eligibility: Only customers over 18 years of age with a valid email address are eligible to become Artful Rewards Members ("Member"). Artful Home Trade Professional Program participants are not eligible to participate in Artful Rewards. Members must be subscribed to Artful Home Emails in order to be an Artful Rewards Member and receive the benefits of the Program.
Artful Home reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in Artful Rewards if, in Artful Home’s sole judgment, that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent. If disqualified, Members forfeit all Artful Rewards benefits including earned gift certificates.
Benefits: Once enrolled in Artful Rewards, the following benefits will be available:
Early Access to Online Sales Events ("Early Access"). Members will be able to purchase artwork from select online sales events ("Event") at a point in time up to and no more than 48 hours before the Event is available to the general public. Members will receive the discounted price during Early Access.
Availability of artwork for purchase during Early Access depends on artist inventory and/or Artful Home inventory. Items may sell out during Early Access and may no longer be available for purchase. Members must be signed into their Artful Rewards account at artfulhome.com to see Early Access artwork and discount prices. Members must be signed into their Artful Rewards account at artfulhome.com when purchasing in order to receive discount prices. Purchases made without signing into the Artful Rewards account will not be refunded any members-only discounts.
Free Standard Shipping on Apparel. Members automatically receive free standard shipping on all items in the apparel artwork category ("Apparel"), including but not limited to dresses, pants, skirts, sweaters, tops, jackets, and accessories. Free standard shipping does not apply to jewelry. Artful Home reserves the right to decide which items qualify for free shipping and to change the designation without notice. Members must be signed into their Artful Rewards account at artfulhome.com when purchasing in order to receive free shipping on Apparel. Purchases made without signing into the Artful Rewards account will not be refunded any shipping fees. Free standard shipping does not apply to returns; members are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Enhanced Discounts During Select Sales. During select sale events, Members will receive additional discounts on select artwork. Artful Home reserves the right to decide which sales members will receive additional discounts on. Artful Home reserves the right to decide what the additional discount will be for Artful Rewards Members must be signed into their Artful Rewards account at artfulhome.com when purchasing in order to receive additional discounted prices on the purchase. Purchases made without signing into the Artful Rewards account will not be refunded any members-only discounts.
Invite-a-Friend Program allows Members to earn a $25 gift certificate for every non-Artful Home customer referred to Artful Home who makes a purchase from Artful Home within 90 days of referral.
To participate, refer friends who have never purchased from Artful Home ("Referred Friend") by sending them an email using the referral form at artfulhome.com. If the Referred Friend makes an initial purchase within 90 days using the email address supplied by the Member, Artful Home will deposit a $25 gift certificate into the Member’s Artful Rewards account within 3 business days of the purchase. If the Referred Friend does not make a purchase within 90 days of referral, the Member is no longer eligible for a $25 gift certificate, even if the Referred Friend eventually makes a purchase. If more than one Member refers the same Referred Friend, the Referred Friend will choose (at time of check out) which Member will receive the referral benefit. All earned gift certificates have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will expire one year after date issued.
Members can refer up to and no more than ten (10) Referred Friends per day.
Special Sales for Artful Rewards Members. Artful Home reserves the right to run additional promotions that are only available to Artful Rewards Members. Members will be informed of such promotions via the Member email address on file with Artful Home.
Terms: Members must be subscribed to and remain subscribed to Artful Home Emails in order to maintain membership in the Artful Rewards Program. If not already subscribed to Artful Home Emails, a Member must subscribe at the time that of sign up for the Program. Members will be able to see and/or change Artful Home Email subscription status when signed into My Account. If at any time the Member chooses to unsubscribe from Artful Home Emails, the Member will immediately cancel membership in the Program (see more information under "Cancellation").
Gift certificates earned through the Program are non-transferable. Promotions and discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
Cancellation; Termination: Members have the right to cancel membership in the Program at any time. Upon cancellation, Members forfeit any and all rights to any program benefits, including any gift certificates that would have been earned from Referred Friends who make a purchase at Artful Home after the Member’s account has been cancelled. Membership in the Program can be cancelled by unsubscribing from Artful Home Emails, by signing into My Account and requesting to cancel membership, or by contacting Artful Home’s Customer Care department at 1-877-223-4600 and requesting to cancel membership.
Artful Home reserves the right to terminate any Member’s membership without notice, for any reason, and in Artful Home’s sole discretion, including without limitation that a Member appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent. If membership is terminated, the Member forfeits all Artful Rewards benefits including earned gift certificates.
Artful Home reserves the right to terminate any or all benefits available in the Artful Rewards Program at any time or without notice. In the event of the termination of the Artful Rewards Program, Members will maintain all earned gift certificates until their expiration date.
Artful Rewards Privacy Policy: Artful Rewards member information is subject to the Artful Home privacy policy. The current version of the Artful Home privacy policy may be reviewed at any time online at www.artfulhome.com/privacy-policy.
