Christopher Young has loved the outdoors since he was a child. With his paintings and prints he invites the viewer to reflect on the simplicity and natural order of the world.

Young has a fascination with seemingly ordinary objects - their configuration, function and design. These objects, such as bird's nests, exotic insects, or flowers, are the basis for his highly detailed and sensitive paintings.
