Oliveve handbags are designed and made right outside of NYC in Union City, NJ, by a small team of leather artisans. All of Oliveve’s leathers are imported from Italian tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), the world’s leading certification for leather sustainability and traceability. Oliveve focuses on small-batch production, made ethically with care and attention to detail. The line is made for customers who value how and where their bags are produced, a classic and intentional design aesthetic, and the highest quality Italian leathers and suedes. Christina Campagnoli is an alumna of the Fashion Institute of Technology, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Accessories Design and Fabrication. She furthered her education at ArSutoria in Milan, Italy, completing an immersive footwear technical pattern-making and prototyping course. Christina is passionate about domestic manufacturing and has been working in the handbag design and US manufacturing industry for over a decade.
