Crimson Shoal Bowl

Inspired by the low lying shoals in our oceans, this bowl is created using a combination of glassblowing and cold-working techniques. The artist first layers opaque crimson, maroon, and red frit over a core of translucent yellow glass, then carves through the layers to reveal the glass within. Sandblasted matte finish. Each piece is unique and will vary.
