Forbidden City

Part of the artist's Mosaic series, pattern bars are made of hand-cut strips of stained glass, laid into patterns, and fired twice to fuse the pieces together. The piece is fired once more to fuse clear stringers on front and back, then slumped into final shape.

Handmade steel stand included. This sculpture can also be used as a lamp; it includes light fixture with instructions.
