A beautiful standing outdoor sculpture of three sections of glass. Each section slides on a steel rod through a screwed plexiglass section. Then the rod is inserted into the steel base and tightened with the included screw handle. The owner can decide the placement of the sections and turn them for interest. Once the steel base is secured, and it is heavy, the sculpture is stable. Filled with layers of fringe, bright color, circles of furnace made cane, sections of raked glass create a wonderful sculpture.

"The motion, light, and drama of the sea inspire all my work as I explore the meaning of the changing landscape of the ocean. Wild, strong, soft, clear, angry, peaceful—it mirrors all of us and our thoughts. I have to work; it is part of me to reflect on the changing landscape of our lives."

Sabra's sculpture and furniture is made of laser-cut steel and fused glass. She creates patterns of holes and fringes in the glass. She then makes cane, cutting circles to add dimension to the piece.

Sabra earned a B.F.A. cum laude from Syracuse University. She completed additional graduate work at Syracuse and Parsons School of Design and attended workshops at the Corning Museum of Glass.
