Sand Ridge and Sea

The lighthearted feeling of a day at the beach is captured in this fused glass panel. The artist layers cut glass and fires it in a glass kiln multiple times to give the work depth and dimension. Gestural lines in gold and black are fired into the glass surface to add detail and movement. The panel is displayed in a custom-made metal stand, ideal for a table, shelf, or windowsill. The glass panel alone measures 7"h, 8"w.
