Amber Trumpet Vase

This elegant trumpet shaped vase was created from hand blown molten glass. Layers of white and amber glass are rolled into the molten clear glass, and then the bubble is blown into a pineapple mold. Another layer of clear is gathered on top of the bubble. This technique creates a pattern of trapped bubbles. The final move is blowing and shaping by hand.
