Waves

This sculptural piece is inspired by rolling ocean waves. The intricate pattern is created by fusing colored glass frit and powder to the surface. The matte finish is achieved by sandblasting the surface to reveal the subtle detail of the pattern. Finally, the sculpture's surface has been carved away to reveal the translucent blue glass on the inside. This is a truly remarkable piece.
