Lagoon

This serene vessel employs the murrini technique, offering highly-patterned design on a gracefully low shape. The transparent green glass allows the viewer to see into the vessel as if gazing into a pond; its surface was ground down to show more of the pattern, and then slowly polished back up to high gloss to add depth and sparkle.
