Large Vanilla Wall Panels

Texture, color, and reflection work in harmony to create a durable glass "painting" for the wall on this set of two large format glass wall panels.
Richly colored vanilla white and amber glass provides the background for the intricate details, which include the studio's signature twisted canes, along with reactive silver foil, dichroic glass, iridized glass, and flameworked accents.
During the creation of the piece, the glass components are arranged to the artist's satisfaction and the entire panel is fired to 1500 F, where it becomes one seamless piece. Once cooled, the panel has a mirror backing applied before being mounted to 3/4" plywood. Ready to hang.
