Spring Awakening

A simply extraordinary interpretation of a forest view, each element of this detailed sculpture is created using multiple layers of opaque and transparent sheet glass, multiple colors and textures of glass frit, and carefully-selected colored glass cane. Calling to mind a thick, verdant forest, the entire sculpture is a beautifully organic, impressionistic cast-glass work of art. It's mounted to a metal-encased wooden shelf and is framed by metal and reclaimed wood elements. Truly one-of-a-kind.
