Meditation Machination Series II

This welded metal wall sculpture is crafted from oxidized steel and 24K gold leaf; it's sealed for protection and designed to be displayed indoors. Its striking design suggests a forgotten story from some alternate history. This piece is designed to hang in any orientation, with a 1/2" lip on the backside, which features felt feet to keep it stable against the wall.

Matthew Naftzger's "Meditation Machination" series is about the building of a visual vocabulary: collections can be built, changed, and rotated into numerous arrangements. All pieces in the series are numbered consecutively, noted with the artist's signature. Tiles are ready to hang as shown or in any arrangement that best fits your space.
