Handmade wheel thrown steamer casserole with temmoku iron-red glaze. This steamer casserole is great for steaming veggies or cooking other casserole dishes. Always Place casserole and food in a cold oven and then heat (to prevent thermal shock). Never place hot dish on a cold surface.
