A kitchen must-have, this salt cellar is great for kosher salt and easy to use while cooking. The wheel-thrown vessel is detailed with slip-trailed studs and brushed with terra sigillata to create a soft sheen on the outside.
After firing, the outer surface is coated with a thin layer of coconut oil, which contributes to the patina that develops with use and time, and the interior is finished with a glossy, off-white glaze. Unglazed lid. Each is unique and will vary slightly. Food, microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.

Care
- Hand wash is recommended for the first few weeks of regular use (if needed), dishwasher safe after that. If the surface seems dry, simply rub the piece with a bit of coconut oil.
Take care to avoid sudden changes in temperature, as this can cause the piece to break.
