Dark Blue Crystal Mug

Artist Berit Hines makes her elegant mugs on a potters' wheel using white stoneware clay. Once the foot ring is trimmed and the handle added, the design is carved freehand. The piece is fired for the first time, after which colorful glazes are applied before the final stoneware firing is done. A joy to use for your morning or afternoon coffee!
