Crystalline Ikebana Topiary with Burgundy I

This piece is entirely wheel-thrown, then altered by cutting it into sections and rearranging it in to a spiraling scuptural form. The interior is a vibrant burgundy crystalline glaze which is complimented with a sea-green glaze on the exterior. While the form is elaborately carved, it still can be used as a functioning ikebana.
