Flora

This ovoid ceramic vase was created on a mold formed from an old wooden dough bowl. Its dark form was covered with colored slips—white for the background, then chartreuse, tangerine, and pink for the flowers. After incising and bisque-firing, it was given a coat of clear glossy glaze and fired again. 4 lbs.
